Yellow Dog

The rain poured in torrents.

The space around them contracted, returning to Chaos.

With the system at the controls, Pei Ling had completely seized the upper hand.

Every time the Headmaster used a technique, the system swallowed it whole. By now, Pei Ling could clearly feel the "strange" power within him growing stronger and stronger.

The Headmaster's control over the "strange" here was no longer a match for his!

But just as Pei Ling thought victory was assured, a crisp bark suddenly rang out.

From the direction of the school's main gate, a Yellow Dog sprang out of the Chaos-colored space that had already contracted. Without the slightest hesitation, it trotted straight to the Headmaster's side, then turned around and barked furiously at Pei Ling.

Its barks brimmed with hostility. At the same time, it lowered its limbs and crouched, clearly ready to attack.

Pei Ling was startled. The system was running [Sun Erosion Secret Record] right now; in every respect, from his appearance to his aura, he was identical to the Headmaster! How had this Yellow Dog recognized at a glance that he was the fake?

Yet the Headmaster seemed oblivious. He continued using his techniques, attacking Pei Ling.

As if sensing that its master was in danger, the Yellow Dog barked for a moment, then suddenly sprang forward and pounced at Pei Ling.

The system immediately controlled Pei Ling to dodge, but the Yellow Dog was blindingly fast. In an instant, it was right in front of him, its jaws clamped around his left shoulder!
