A hegemon-class Wizard Civilization and the major powers within such a civilization were nothing like the Big Dipper Seven-Star Hall of the current Kindling Human Civilization.
To become a major power within a hegemon-class civilization, merely having enough eighth-rank combatants was not enough. One needed ninth-rank combat power, perhaps even multiple ninth-rank powerhouses holding the fort.
After all, among the Star Sea's ten hegemon-class civilizations ranked by the Kindling Human Civilization, the Wizard Civilization was not at the bottom. Based on what Song Chi currently knew, the Wizard Civilization ranked within the top five among the hegemon-class civilizations.
From that alone, Song Chi estimated that the Wizard Civilization likely had more than one mythic-level combatant—there were probably several.
With that being the case, the major powers within it would only be even more formidable.
I hope the Sovereign-class Snakeblood Family within the Bloodline Warlock Family Alliance has some real foundations...
With that thought in mind, Song Chi's gaze followed the Sovereign-class True Spirit Wizard's movements. As expected, after making a round through the free-stall area and the various Market shops, the True Spirit Wizard entered the Marvel Exchange Shop.
The instant he entered the Marvel Exchange Shop, the weathered-looking True Spirit Wizard visibly froze.
Even with the composure he had cultivated over tens of thousands of years, the staggering number of marvels in the shop had still shocked him. More importantly, there were quite a few golden and black marvels among them.
Song Chi, who had watched the entire change in the man's expression, curled his lips into a smile, a trace of pride flashing through his eyes.
The Marvel Exchange Shop was his proudest creation over the past several centuries.
Not to mention anything else—there were fifteen golden and black marvels in the shop combined.
