Baron's Happy Life

He was Baron Howard, a noble of Stormwind City. No, nobility was merely the glory of his ancestors. What he himself was most proud of was being an outstanding artist, one highly sought after among Stormwind City's noble circles.

Life had once been so wonderful and uneventful. If he was not attending banquets or hunting, he was either partying at the technical academy or having trysts with noblewomen.

Life was simply too boring. Howard had begun to tire of it and always wanted to find some excitement.

Unfortunately, the gold in his pockets was far from enough to support a different kind of life.

Fortunately, his good friend Fielder secured him an assignment to visit Sunwell Theme Park. He could engage in traditional cultural exchanges with High Elves for free and thoroughly study the various forms and racial characteristics of elves.

He happily boarded a Goblin airship, then spent a delightful night with a peculiar elven attendant, experiencing sensations unlike anything before. From then on, he discovered that Azeroth was so vast, its races so numerous, and life could be so richly varied.

Yet his happy life lasted only a few days before his life underwent a tremendous change. Sunwell Paradise was successively attacked by the Naga led by the Old Sun King and Garrosh's Orc-Goblin coalition. He, too, went from being a prisoner in a cage to a volunteer in the Outland Expeditionary Force.

When his life had constantly been under threat, that female Naga from Zangar Marsh gave him a tenderness he had never known before. She captured him, cared for him, and ultimately served him. In Outland's mad world, she alone gave him the faintest sense of safety and the power of love.

Although she ultimately died at the hands of a Draenei Paladin, Howard never forgot
