The once-faint arcane radiance above the city had become stable, and the Nightborne residents on the streets looked less anxious and more alive. In the courtyard of Alysande's splendid estate, Deren and the others were enjoying a rare moment of leisure.
Azshara was enthusiastically introducing Deren to the connection between Nightborne architecture and the ancient elf empire, while Onyxia sat beside him brewing tea for him. Just then, Tyrande walked in.
"What is it?" Azshara keenly noticed the change in Tyrande and asked. Onyxia also stopped what she was doing and looked over curiously.
Tyrande handed the letter to Azshara, her voice as cold as the winter winds of Winterspring. "A report from Shandris. Malfurion reached a peace agreement with Thrall, but the Orcs went back on their word. Their provocations in Ashenvale are escalating. Malfurion... chose to yield.
