Though the boy before her looked quite sunny and gentle, he exuded a chilling aura that made Miku Izayoi begin to panic.

If he caught her, she would lose something extremely important.

"Aahhh!!! Don't turn those filthy eyes of yours this way!"

Her fear-filled voice erupted with astonishing volume, turning into waves of sound like a raging gale and blasting across the entire venue like shockwaves!

The tangible sound waves struck the boy, yet they could not ruffle his clothes or his hair, let alone harm him. He was like a statue standing amid a violent storm, unafraid of wind or rain.

"Wha..."

Miku Izayoi's eyes widened slightly, and she involuntarily took a step back.

He had remained completely unmoved beneath the attack-type spiritual power contained in her voice. That was something that had never happened before!

Even those AST mages had been unable to do it. Just how had this guy managed it?

Could he be a Spirit too?!

All sorts of questions flashed through her mind, but she no longer had time to consider them.

"Miss Miku, I'm doing this for your own good~, you know. If the problem with the Spirit Crystal inside you isn't resolved, sooner or later, you'll be killed by that power's true owner and become nourishment for someone already dead."

Even after being attacked and insulted by the girl, the sword-wielding boy maintained an exceptionally gentlemanly demeanor as he stepped toward the songstress.

"If you want to live, you'd better set aside that power that doesn't belong to you for now."

Naturally, she understood what the boy had said. She understood what it meant as well.
