Soul Power is cultivated internally through meditation and circulates through a Soul Master's body. It can be sensed, directed, released in controlled amounts, and converted into the force that drives Martial Souls and Soul Skills 17 159.

At Martial Soul awakening, Innate Soul Power establishes a Soul Master's starting level and strongly affects their early cultivation speed. Level 2 is Liu Feng's starting point, while Innate Full Soul Power is treated as an exceptional result 4 641 642.
