Wang Yue and Shiyi didn't take her home until very late. Reluctant to part, he walked her all the way to her door. Even after she opened it, they stayed close for a while longer before he finally prepared to leave.

Just then, Hong Xiaoyu suddenly came out of her room. Rubbing her sleepy eyes, she didn't notice Wang Yue outside the door and asked in confusion, "Why are you back so late? I thought you weren't coming home tonight."

Shiyi hadn't expected Hong Xiaoyu to be so oblivious. She hurriedly glanced at Wang Yue outside, afraid Hong Xiaoyu would say something outrageous, and quickly said, "I brought you something delicious. Want some before you go back to bed?"

At the mention of good food, Hong Xiaoyu perked up. Her eyes widened, and she finally noticed Wang Yue getting ready to leave. She quickly changed her expression and said with a smile, "You're leaving already? Why don't you come in and sit for a while?"

Hearing Hong Xiaoyu's invitation, Shiyi thought about how she and Wang Yue had not only held hands today but had even shared their first kiss. She didn't want to give him her first night together, too. It wasn't that she was afraid of anything else; she just worried that if she gave in too easily, Wang Yue might not cherish her.

But Hong Xiaoyu had already made the offer, and Shiyi didn't know how to refuse. On the other hand, if she didn't refuse, she was afraid things might really get out of hand. She grew uneasy and didn't dare meet Wang Yue's eyes.

Seeing the panic in Shiyi's eyes, Wang Yue knew exactly what she was thinking. He turned to Hong Xiaoyu, who was waggling her
