After going over the Uchiha Clan genealogy several times, Shinji finally gave up.
"Looks like Unnamed really wasn't recorded in the genealogy."
Closing the genealogy, Shinji tapped his fingers against the tabletop and reorganized his thoughts.
This time, Shinji's doubts centered on the name "Unnamed." Under normal circumstances, no one would give their child a name like "Unnamed," so "Unnamed" was very likely some kind of appellation, or even a code name.
"Why erase her name?"
Shinji was puzzled.
A person's name represented their origins, their affiliation, and their parents' hopes and love.
If Unnamed had grown into a Mangekyo Uchiha, then no matter what, the Uchiha Clan shouldn't have erased her name.
"Unless..."
Shinji's expression darkened.
He knew exactly what kind of people the Uchiha Clan were. When the Forbidden Jutsu Izanagi was first developed, it had sparked a great internal battle within the clan. If not for his grandmother developing Izanami, which could counter Izanagi, who knew how long that calamity would have continued?
So if Unnamed had truly awakened some powerful Mangekyo Dojutsu and been controlled—or even exploited—by the clan, it wouldn't have been unusual at all.
Unfortunately, Shinji was rather helpless at the moment, because the only name he knew was Yachihoko.
Thus, he could only flip through the Uchiha Clan's records one book after another. Before he knew it, the night was already deep.
The administrator came over to remind Shinji that the archives were about to close, but a figure appeared behind Shinji and stopped the administrator.
After sending the administrator away, the figure came to Shinji's side and looked at the table covered with books about Uchiha history. Curiously, she asked, "What are you looking for?"
Shinji glanced over and was somewhat surprised. "Lord Tsunade?"
There was no doubt about it.
