After hearing Shinji's instructions, Nameless didn't hesitate for long. As a member of the Uchiha Clan, she wasn't particularly awed by Dojutsu, alternate dimensions, or genjutsu, so just like Shinji, she was curious about what might happen if Tsukuyomi and Naobi were fused.

After calling out to him, Nameless tried to activate Tsukuyomi.
In an instant, her ink-black eyes turned crimson, and a tangible force of spiritual energy shone from them and surged toward Shinji.

Sitting in his stone chair, Shinji looked around.
His Naobi Space was indeed collapsing, but it wasn't because anything was wrong with the space itself. It was a natural rejection response to the invasion of another Dojutsu.
This was within Shinji's expectations, so he didn't panic.
Nameless, however, was a little nervous. "Shinji, should we keep going?"
"We've barely started!" Shinji smiled. "Don't worry. I know what I'm doing. Just keep invading!"
Reassured by Shinji, Nameless relaxed. Then she put everything else out of her mind and focused on activating Tsukuyomi.
After she had awakened the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and successfully received First Hokage cells through surgery, the Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu that the Uchiha Clan had implanted in her with a technique had become completely hers to command, no different from the Dojutsu she had awakened herself.
The Tsukuyomi Nameless activated was therefore extremely powerful, a Dojutsu on the standard Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan level.
