"Black Knight! Another one!"

The moment that terrifying, pitch-black figure appeared again, the Holy Light Knight who had noticed what was happening immediately shouted.

Her voice rang out like a shrill siren, rapidly carrying in every direction and drawing everyone's attention at once.

"What?"

Anleisi, who had been completely focused on fighting the sword-and-shield Black Knight, was indeed startled. She turned to look and saw the newly arrived Black Knight, wielding a halberd, slam into a Holy Light Knight in front of him like a runaway truck, sending him flying with a loud bang. Then he began hacking away with a weapon that looked incredibly powerful.

Oh no, oh no! Why had two Black Knights shown up at once? What was she supposed to do now?

She couldn't split herself in half and fight them both!

"Shhk—"

A strange sound rang out, and the sword-and-shield Black Knight's weapon cleaved Anleisi in two from head to toe!

Anleisi's two halves, now resembling the characters "丿" and "", toppled in opposite directions like stalks of corn that had been cut down.

This kind of scene would count as R18G in just about any work, but when she was forcibly "dismembered," her guts and organs didn't go flying everywhere like Chainsaw Man's.

Instead, it was remarkably clean.

No flesh, bones, organs, or other bloody things showed at the cut. All anyone could see was Holy Light, as if her body were filled with it and merely covered by a layer of human skin.

Anleisi moved both arms and pressed her two halves together.

Then she casually rubbed them, seamlessly rejoining her severed body. A flash of light passed over the cut, and her body was restored!

"Guess you really can't split me in half and use me to fight two enemies."
