Every wyvern was no weakling. After all, they had "dragon" in their name. If they were weak, it would tarnish the brand.

However, aside from the gigantic wyvern still circling overhead without landing, no smaller wyverns at the elite level had appeared.

The smaller wyverns ranged from D+ to D++ in strength, falling short of the C-rank standard for elite monsters.

Against these dozen or so wyverns, a full party of veteran Silver-rank adventurers—the maximum number allowed in the dungeon—should have been able to put up a fight. Whether they could win was another matter, but at least they would not be crushed outright. Unfortunately, the Painted World did not have as many people as the outside world.

Facing these wyverns alone was rather difficult.

Of course, that depended on who that lone person was.

With the power of his equipment, Hewei was unquestionably Gold-rank. Back when they had fought Aldrich, he could have counted as one of the main forces, like Fingri.

And now, after Sain had thoroughly worked him up and left him in an emotional high, he had unleashed two hundred percent of his strength!

As for why—

His massive muscles, passionate shouts, and soaring spirit all showed just how proud he was to be a Sun Warrior.

He had to kill these monsters, save the Painted World from danger, and live up to his new identity!

Because of the hypnotic magic array set up in the Painted World, combined with his own personality, he was immersed in the role like never before!

Three flaming dragons formed from Strangling Dragon Fang charged one after another at the wyvern flock. Their terrifying heat could instantly evaporate water.

Small wyverns were not particularly outstanding in mobility among monsters, but neither were they poor.
