Their beams twined together, then parted, as they swept over the snow-covered earth. Beneath them stretched heaving waves and icebergs everywhere, some crystal-clear, others lost in a vast expanse of white.
Suddenly, a sword beam fell from the sky, like a stunning swan from beyond the cosmos, breathtakingly beautiful. Just as expected, it struck the Heaven Punishing Axe, halting it in its tracks. It cleaved through the hazy light and extinguished most of the flames and lightning.
Master Lu caught up in an instant. His sword flashed, splitting into fine, imperceptible rays. In the blink of an eye, they miraculously seeped through the remaining defenses, each one striking Guerduo's Heavenly Punishment Treasure Body.
Without a sound, the Heavenly Punishment Treasure Body began to collapse, starting from its tiniest structures. Guerduo's aura rapidly faded.
