The entire area had been plowed over, spanning nearly a dozen kilometers, and it had stopped almost right against the walls of the XZ Military Region.
The sky had been blasted open by the shock wave. The dark clouds had scattered, revealing glittering starlight. However... surely not a single person watching this
sight was
celebrating the appearance of the stars, right?
That was because the enormous mushroom cloud had instantly occupied the entire blue sky and was rapidly expanding upward.
Flames shot into the heavens!
The dark clouds all around churned rapidly. Because of the violent tremors, lightning flashed into existence and began raining down madly, exploding continuously around the mushroom
cloud.
The clouds, carrying tremendous smoke and dust, surged upward and flew straight into the sky!
"Rumble, rumble, rumble~"
The violent explosions continued, but the mountain had already vanished, leaving behind a bottomless,
enormous crater nearly a kilometer in diameter.
The surrounding terrain had changed as well, forming a circular impact crater that spread outward.
Chapter One Hundred Twenty-Three: A Faint Smile
At the very edge of the crater stood the section of wall where the entire ground had been overturned. It had completely collapsed. This plasma
cannon... no, it should already be called a plasma
shell, had been thrown by me toward the southeast side of the XZ Military Region. The entire southern section of wall in the southeast had been completely destroyed. The radiation had left deep scorch marks on the walls, and the
entire southern side and half of the eastern wall had been burned black. Fortunately, we were located toward the north of the eastern side.
At the military region just now, although quite a few people had been blown away, luckily we were far enough away. Aside from those who were sent flying because
