The First Stage of the Assessment

A grandmaster-level physician assessment was basically divided into three stages.

The first stage was to refine the Sacred Elephant Pill!

For this first stage, however, there were only ten sets of ingredients for the Sacred Elephant Pill.

The examinee not only had to successfully refine all ten pills, but also had to ensure that three of them were of perfect quality and the remaining seven were of superb quality.
