Little Sabonis at the Free-Throw Line Again

Chen Xi initiated the offense. After setting up in a triple threat stance, he quickly raised the ball for a shot fake, forcing Butler to step up. Then he swiftly dribbled to the right and drove past him.

On the other side, Holiday saw what was happening and immediately stepped in to help, trying to cut off Chen Xi's driving lane and force him to stop.

But Chen Xi had prepared well. After taking one step and gaining half a stride on Butler, he immediately followed with a lightning-fast front crossover, evading Holiday's help defense while using his body to block Butler from recovering and chasing him. Then he accelerated again and continued driving into the paint. Facing Sabonis's defense, he softly tossed the ball to the side.
