Chen's inner musings went unnoticed. The draft continued.

With the twenty-eighth pick in the first round, the Boston Celtics selected Jaden Springer.

With the twenty-ninth pick in the first round, the Brooklyn Nets selected Santi Aldama.

After that, in the second round, there were very few players whose names caught Chen Xi's attention.

In fact, only one really stood out to him.
