"Over the past two-plus months, our company has achieved extraordinary results. Though most of you here had little to do with them, we are one whole, so you all share in the glory that comes with them.

I've never held a company-wide meeting before. We came here early today to take this opportunity to say a few words. You've all been here for two months now, so I believe you've adjusted to the company environment and gained a general understanding of my wife and me.

All of you have worked at many companies and have plenty of experience. I think you should understand that, judging purely by your current abilities and stripping away any inflated expectations, the compensation you receive here may not be the highest in the country, but it is definitely in the top tier. At the same time, our work environment is the most relaxed. We firmly implement labor laws. If overtime can be avoided, then there will absolutely be no overtime.

Project schedules are based on a standard eight-hour workday, with plenty of extra time reserved for handling unexpected issues. If you finish your work ahead of schedule within that time, no additional tasks will be assigned to you. The purpose is to let everyone arrange their own time, think freely, and balance work with life. I even learned that one particularly capable colleague has been at home caring for his wife after she gave birth and hasn't come to the office for a month, yet has still completed his work excellently. That's very good, because it proves that our company's system is workable, efficient, and humane.

I've never been one to make grand claims or empty promises. But I still want to tell you that the vision my wife and I have given this company
