Xie Zhiyao hurried to a construction site in the village. The owner here had been brought in by Huang Xinxin before; he had invested in building a guesthouse in the village, thinking he could both live there and enjoy the beautiful mountains and waters while treating it as an investment.

Things had always been fine before, but for the past month or so, the workers from the village had not been paid. Today, the workers had finally had enough.
