The Earth Fiend Realm was divided into four stages: early, middle, late, and perfection.

The cultivation route of the Earth Fiend Realm was not very different from that of the Xiantian Realm. The most crucial part was still the method of opening the acupoints.

Once a martial artist reached the peak of the ninth level of the Xiantian Realm, their qi circulated throughout their body, and all twelve main meridians and nearly a hundred minor meridians were unblocked. The next step was to develop the 108 acupoints within the body.

There were hundreds of acupoints throughout the human body, but only 108 were of utmost importance. Thirty-six of them, located in vital areas such as the head and chest, were death points. Those in the Earth Fiend Realm could not touch them; forcing them open meant certain death.

The remaining seventy-two acupoints were located in the limbs and along the spine. Opening even one of them meant entering the Earth Fiend Realm.

The method for opening acupoints that had come with the cultivation route began with the Yangxi acupoint on the left palm. From there, one successively opened ten acupoints, including Hegu, Neiguan, and Qingling, until reaching the Jugu acupoint between the collarbone and shoulder blade.

After opening all the major acupoints in the left arm, one repeated the process on the right arm, opening the corresponding twelve acupoints. At that point, one would have reached the peak of the early stage of the Earth Fiend Realm.
