About This Book

First, I want to thank all the readers who didn't remove this book from their collections. I'm truly grateful that you've kept it on your shelves. Thank you for not giving up on it.

Lately, I've been making changes to this book.

To revise earlier chapters, I had to ask my editor for permission. The back-and-forth took a long time, and later, my requests to have the book unblocked were rejected again and again. I grew disheartened and eventually started a new book.

A couple of days ago, I submitted another revision request. I hadn't expected much, but when I got off work today, I was surprised to receive a notification that the book had been unblocked. I was genuinely excited, because I'd poured so much effort into this book and spent so long on it. I didn't want it to wither before it could reach its end.

I'll keep writing this book, but updates may be slow. Since I've started a new one, I can't just abandon it—that wouldn't be fair to the readers who've paid to subscribe.

I'll repay the extra chapters owed for the helmsman rewards little by little. Finally, thank you all so much for not giving up on this book.
