Cao Ping was filled with shock as he followed the elders out of the mine. He never imagined there was a power in the Chengtian Domain that even the Holy Martial Immortal Sect couldn't afford to offend, and one so obscure at that.

After exiting the mine, the group quickly led the disciples of the Fei Xing Sect away from the scene of trouble.

Not long after, three more streaks of light flew from the horizon and stopped directly above the mine.

These were three men of similar age, all around thirty, dressed in grey robes.

Glancing at the numerous corpses lying on the ground, the three men's expressions changed drastically. They entered the mine and spread out, beginning to search the area.

About half an hour later, the three men, having finished searching the mine, regrouped and came before the corpse of the middle-aged man who had been cut in half.

One of them held up a corpse, split in two at the waist, and half a broken sword.

"What exactly happened here?" one of them frowned, his brow full of confusion.

"Qing Song had the strength of Foundation Realm fifth level. Even an ordinary Foundation Realm sixth level martial artist couldn't defeat him. The attacker's strength is not to be underestimated."
