Everything Was So Wonderful

Caw, caw, caw, caw!

Flocks of Storm Crows also burst through the eye of the storm and into the Everlasting Tree Realm.

They gazed down at the intricate ecosystem within the eye, full of curiosity.

On the lush green grass, tiny insects flew about without a care in the world. A stream flowed gently, and fish swam merrily through the water.

It all seemed like a scene from a dream.

Alpha Elements were destructive law weapons created more than forty thousand years ago by the lofty Level 5 Lighthouse Civilization on the distant Thunder Continent.

While these Storm Crows had adapted to the violent natural energy of the Death Storm, that same adaptation made it nearly impossible for them to break through the barrier of the storm's eye and enter the world within by their own strength.

The violent power within their bodies acted like an invisible magnet, drawing in the Alpha Elements raging through the Death Storm. And where the Alpha Elements were most concentrated within the Wind Barrier, breaking through was nearly impossible.

So they had never even imagined what lay inside the storm's eye.

Now, through the wind tunnel Flagi had opened, they had successfully entered the eye. To these Storm Crows, it was almost as if they had stumbled into another world.

Or rather...

They had come to paradise!

At first, the Storm Crows had wanted nothing more than to obtain Heart-soothing Grass, so they could stabilize the raging Alpha power within them, preserve their sanity, and maintain their reason. But now, their desire had clearly grown beyond Heart-soothing Grass alone.

"My king!"

The half-man, half-crow creature felt the calm natural energy here and was overcome with disbelief and excitement.

He did his best to keep his voice low.

Needless to say, the Storm Crow King
