Under the arrangements of Reisha Evil Eye King, Reilo was paired with this Twin-eyed Evil Eye. They were responsible for gathering demonic energy in one area and wearing down the town's guardian magic array.

The Twin-eyed Evil Eye twisted its tentacles as it flew.
