After leaving Ice Peak, Li Bufan headed toward the mountain Li Tianying had given him. As he reached its foot, before he had even drawn close, he heard hammers clanging against stone, mingled with workers' shouts and the bustle of materials being hauled about.

"The foundations of the mountain-protecting formation are in place. Once the main hall is built, we can activate it. We're also setting up a spirit-gathering formation. When it's done, the spiritual energy across the mountain should increase by at least thirty percent."

Li Bufan looked around and nodded. "You've thought of everything, Brother Chu. Let's do it your way."

"All right. I'll get on with it."

"Brother Chu, at this pace, roughly how long will it take to finish?"
