Asuna roared at Akasaka:
"How did you bring your daughter along too?!"
Akasaka waved his hands. "No, no, no! I don't know how she followed us either!"
Kirito couldn't help but interject, clearly anxious. "Can you go save Sachi first?!"
Asuna and Akasaka instantly shut up and looked toward Sachi, who was about to be taken down in the distance.
Asuna even tossed her daughter, Yui, to Kirito beside her. "Help take care of the child."
Kirito caught Yui and held her protectively in his arms.
Asuna drew the rapier at her waist, ready to make her move.
Akasaka drew the one-handed sword from his back and added, "If my daughter loses even a single hair, I'll hold you accountable!"
The couple, Akasaka and Asuna, exchanged a glance before charging over.
Kirito looked even more desperate. He didn't want to be a babysitter! He wanted to save Sachi too! But Akasaka's last words left him unable to get away.
Kirito lowered his head to look at the little one in his arms, his expression bitter. "Why did you follow us?"
Yui blinked her large, black eyes full of confusion, completely unable to understand what was happening.
