Feng Jun spent ten minutes helping Bao'er understand that the front seats were far more comfortable than the back—at least they didn't jostle so badly.
However, he had also arranged for people to ride in the rear compartment. Aside from Bao'er's attendant, Lone Wolf and the Deng brothers were all aboard. After leaving the courtyard, he had called over four members of the Tian Family as well.
The Tian Family patrol saw the vehicle too. When they realized it had no animal power whatsoever and was moving entirely on its own, their eyes nearly popped out of their heads.
Then the Tian Family riders followed without hesitation. With their previous experience, they did not dare get too close, but they had to trail along from a distance.
In broad daylight, horses were no faster than the agricultural vehicle on the uneven road. However, the ten people in the Shifeng Vehicle's cargo bed suffered terribly, tossed about so badly that it felt far worse than riding a horse.
Eldest Deng's face even began to turn pale. "No, I think I'm going to throw up. Second, you—"
Before he could finish, they hit another huge pit, jolting the rest of his words straight back down his throat.
Bao'er, sitting in the front, was quite excited. He looked around while commenting, "This is so much better than a carriage. The view is better, and it blocks the wind... Divine Doctor, are you selling this machine?"
"Not for sale." Feng Jun shook his head and answered bluntly.
What a joke. If I sell you a surveillance system, I'd have to explain what air conditioning is. If I sell you an agricultural vehicle, forget after-sales service—even teaching you the driving skills and related knowledge would make me cough up blood.
Bao'er did not take offense.
