"Then let me see for myself! Are the gods who stand so high above truly so unmatched, truly so contemptuous of all living things?" The Golden-Eyed Black Dragon King's eyes gleamed with ferocity as he stared fixedly at the eight statues in Shrek Academy's Battle God Arena.
The eight statues, which had seemed like dead objects, appeared to sense Di Tian's provocation. Apart from the one representing Jiang Siming, seven dazzling beams of light suddenly erupted from them, shooting into the sky.
"Stop!"
A furious shout resounded through the heavens. The seven pillars of light, which had been growing ever stronger, abruptly came to a halt and sank back into the stone statues.
Two figures stepped through the air, slowly walking under countless gazes toward the Beast God Di Tian, who looked down upon the world and radiated the aura of a king.
"You finally came!" Di Tian kicked the Radiant Dragon beneath his foot away, sending it flying so hard that it even smashed through a distant mountain.
"Doing this won't benefit you. Stop now," Jiang Siming said calmly with a shake of his head. Facing the Golden-Eyed Black Dragon King, who was so towering compared to him, he showed not the slightest panic—not even the desire to fight.
Tang Wutong, standing behind Jiang Siming, also stared straight at the Beast God Di Tian with her big eyes. There was not the slightest trace of fear in her gaze; instead, there was even a bit of curiosity.
"Why is it that when you humans do something wrong, you never have to bear the consequences? Do I not even have the right to be angry?" The Beast God Di Tian breathed out a mouthful of dragon breath and stared fixedly at Jiang Siming, his tone filled with resentment and hatred.
