Background / History

Ning Rongrong is Ning Fengzhi's daughter and the treasured young lady of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. She first meets Mu Junyu when he visits the sect bearing the Aromatic Silk Beauty Immortal Herb. Although the herb could have transformed her Martial Soul, Ning Fengzhi ultimately consumes it himself for the sect's future. Mu Junyu instead takes Rongrong out to play, beginning their close connection 54 55 56.

At Ning Fengzhi's suggestion, Rongrong begins cultivating through Symbiosis with Mu Junyu. The rapid results change her attitude toward training: she becomes eager to cultivate and increasingly reliant on him. Ning Fengzhi, Chen Xin, and Gu Rong recognize both her attachment and Mu Junyu's exceptional treatment of her, then consider binding the sect to him through marriage 57 58 59 62.
