Martial Soul Hall upbringing

Bibi Dong grew up in Martial Soul Hall and received Qian Xunji's guidance for approximately a decade. Her beauty and cultivation talent brought considerable attention, so she maintained a cold, authoritative public manner to discourage unwanted approaches. Privately, she could still behave like a cheerful young woman, including playing with a spider in her palm 10 30 52.

Over the two years before her departure, she became increasingly uncomfortable around Qian Xunji. His frequent summons were motivated by possessiveness and a desire to monitor whether she had developed romantic feelings for anyone. When her cultivation stalled at level 49, he permitted her to travel and relax; she chose the Sunset Forest partly to put distance between them 10.

Meeting Yu Tianjun

Bibi Dong first encountered Yu Tianjun at an inn near the Sunset Forest. Her loose robes and veil concealed her appearance so thoroughly that he mistook her for a man.
