Uchiha Shisui stared, dumbfounded, at Houka's string of absurd antics.
"Captain, don't you know where your two friends are?"
He had gone to all the trouble of sending them here, only to find that... the captain was as unreliable as ever.
Houka's expression grew a little awkward. He snorted. "What do you know? This is called secrecy, understand? If even I don't know where they are, then no one else will be able to find them!"

Uchiha Shisui pulled his clothes tighter around himself. The Byakugan's vision remained absurdly effective even amid the swirling snow. After scanning the surroundings, he unexpectedly spotted the tracks left behind by the moving carriage.
The three of them followed the carriage tracks forward until they reached a small village.
Houka checked with the Chakra Sensory Technique and found that there were no ninjas in the village.
