He spun his triple-bladed scythe, leaped into the air, and charged at Hiruko.

Watching Hidan radiate killing intent, Orochimaru chuckled. "Very impressive killing intent."

"Hmph!" Sasori snorted. "Looks like there's no way to persuade him to join Akatsuki with words. In that case..."

As the white smoke cleared, Sasori put Hiruko away and took out the Third Kazekage puppet.

Orochimaru knowingly stepped aside, giving them room to fight.

"I'll beat you until you're crying for your parents, then chop you into eight pieces! Just you wait, you blasphemer!!"

As Hidan rapidly closed in, he kept babbling nonstop.

The corner of Sasori's mouth twitched slightly. "Childish!"

Was someone like this really going to become his companion?

Sasori found it impossible to accept.

Magnet Release: Sand Iron Drizzle!

With a sharp cry from Sasori, vast amounts of sand iron instantly gathered in the air, forming a massive sharp cone that crashed down at Hidan.

Hidan twisted aside and slashed. His triple-bladed scythe scraped across the giant cone, producing a piercing metallic screech and a shower of sparks that scattered through the air.

The giant cone fell to the ground and instantly split into more than a dozen enormous shuriken. Whirling and howling, they soared back into the air before shooting toward Hidan from tricky angles.

Hidan knocked one sand iron shuriken aside with his scythe, and then... seven or eight wounds instantly appeared on his body!

The dozen or so sand iron shuriken were not going to politely take turns, with him making one normal attack and them firing one projectile at a time. They all swarmed him at once. Once he knocked away one sand iron shuriken, congratulations—he had all the rest of them coming
