Orochimaru looked over. "Who is it?"
"A Konoha Missing-nin, Hiruko." Zetsu smiled. "You were both Konoha shinobi, so you should know him."
"Hiruko? So it was him."
How could Orochimaru not know him? He, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Hiruko had grown up together and had even formed a four-man squad. Unfortunately, Hiruko's talent had been mediocre, and in terms of strength, he was soon left several streets behind by the Sannin. After that, he gradually drifted away and eventually threw himself into human experimentation.
But one pot shouldn't call another black. Orochimaru himself had also gone down that path, and his human experiments had flourished—he was even three parts more accomplished than Hiruko.

"We could only find out that he arrived in town at noon today. Nothing else."
"Oh, an outsider? He's pretty arrogant, isn't he?" The owner lowered his eyelids and gave a sinister snort. "Wait until he leaves... heh heh."
"Understood, Boss."
"My, my, my luck really is good tonight."
Houka won another big hand, and his pockets could no longer hold all the money.
Deidara stood beside him with a dark face, feeling utterly stifled.
