A Crispy Bite!

After waiting there for another two days, Houka finally lost his patience.

"Obito, Haku, Deidara, stay here and keep watch. If Orochimaru shows up, don't confront him head-on. Run if you have to!"

Without waiting for their response, Houka immediately created two hundred Shadow Clones, which howled as they charged off in every direction and vanished from sight in an instant.

Haku, Obito, and Deidara looked at one another.

"That guy always does whatever he wants without considering anyone else's feelings. Seriously!" Obito complained indignantly.

Deidara rolled his eyes as well. "That's just his style, yeah."

Two years ago in Konoha, around the night of the Uchiha clan massacre, Houka had also left him alone in that mansion without a word or a care. Hmph, what a bastard!

As Houka's two hundred Shadow Clones ran, they used the Chakra Sensory Technique to scan their surroundings. As the clones spread outward, the search area grew wider and wider. Before long, they discovered numerous hidden chakra signatures around the perimeter. Though each was weak, there were far too many of them. They were clearly Snow Ninja Village shinobi sent to monitor them.

In other words, their little trick had indeed been seen through!

A cold glint flashed in Houka's eyes, and he attacked without hesitation!

"Not good, we've been exposed!"

"They're Uchiha Houka's Shadow Clones! Everyone, be careful!"

"Damn it, there are too many Shadow Clones! We have no idea which one is real!"

Compared to two hundred Shadow Clones, the Snow Ninja were vastly outnumbered. Moreover, every one of Houka's clones possessed the Three-Tails' chakra. That chakra alone could crush them. With such a massive gap in strength, they could not resist even if they wanted to!

After a burst of commotion, the Snow Ninja were all wiped out.
