At Theus's command, Tata at the Stellar Furnace controlled the ritual grounds as they slowly moved.

This time, the moving seawater was not violent at all. Instead, it was remarkably gentle. The water wall rose only a little over a meter above the sea, like a slightly larger wave.

Yet Theus could sense the tremendous energy contained within it.

Soon, the tsunami reached its designated area, and seawater surged toward the breakwater of the testing grounds.

The breakwater here was only a few meters high, modeled after the coastline that needed to be flooded.

The seawater slowly rolled over it. Though the wave was only a little over a meter high, no matter what stood in its path, it remained a meter higher than the other side.

Before long, the seawater spilled over without a sound, but the inside of the testing grounds had become a vast expanse of water.

"How's the energy consumption?"

"If it's a tsunami, it will consume most of the Stellar Furnace's output and Pollution. But this kind of seawater flooding doesn't consume much. The inflow speed is only moderate, though. If we want to artificially create a river, the Tsunami Generator will need to operate for a long time."

Theus nodded. It was more or less what he had expected.

As long as the Tsunami Generator did not raise enormous waves, it was not too much of a burden on the Stellar Furnace. But if it had to remain running for extended periods...

"How does it affect the surroundings?"

Even if the expenditure was low, it would still be troublesome if it affected too large an area of sea.

After all, this thing could only be used at the Stellar Furnace. If they took it to Tis's coast, it could easily interfere with shipping.
