Mu Xi is Mu Chen’s daughter and grew up alongside Xu Yue in the Blacksmith Association president’s private quarters in Eastsea City. She regularly woke him, teased him, and helped him through moments of sadness concerning his missing parents 1.

When Xu Yue awakened the Star of Eden, its power caused her Radiant Sun Martial Soul to rise uncontrollably. Mu Chen concluded that Xu Yue’s Ultimate Star-type Martial Soul had permanently strengthened her lower-ranked star-type Martial Soul, though the exact extent was initially unclear 3.

Her early confidence was shaken by Xu Yue’s extraordinary blacksmithing talent. Having practiced forging since age five and earned Level 1 Blacksmith certification before age eleven, Mu Xi feared that her own talent was insufficient despite genuinely loving the craft. Xu Yue encouraged her and later gave her a Spirit Forging Star Meteor Hammer to support her training 18.

She is also competitive and sensitive about her own abilities. Xu Yue’s unprecedented forging talent made her doubt herself, but she remained determined to improve because forging is personally important to her 16 18. Her confidence later returns visibly after reaching Level 4 Blacksmith 27.

Mu Xi becomes jealous when Xu Xiaoyan’s star-type Martial Soul responds to Xu Yue and when Xu Yue proposes testing a possible Martial Soul Fusion Skill.
