Distinction from the Beast Race

The Monster Race is distinct from the native Beast Race. Ancient Monster Race visitors supported the beasts' development, while Human Race visitors supported humanity; their meetings repeatedly escalated into wars that devastated local settlements and factions 293.

The Beast Race is described as an extension of the Monster Race's bloodline and naturally fought alongside it. After the Monster Race withdrew from the Wuhua Secret Realm, the remaining Beast Race largely regressed into ordinary wild animals, with only rare beasts gaining sentience 293 320.

History

Ancient intervention in Wuhua

When Wuhua's local factions were still weak, extraterrestrial visitors arrived identifying themselves as the Human Race and Monster Race. The Monster Race aided beast factions, while the Human Race aided humans; the cultivation systems later used by the local factions were fundamentally created by these visiting Immortals 293.

Native humans and beasts once attempted to unite against the visitors, but Dharma Image and Nirvana Realm cultivators could not challenge Immortals. The visitors consequently reduced the local populations to possessions under their control 293.

Wuhua Secret Realm War

The Monster Race opposed the Human Race's effort to elevate the Xuan Family into a Purple-grade power and dispatched additional forces to suppress the Human Race's objective 279. Its World Lords initially held a meaningful advantage, fielding combatants such as Minoda, Black Jackal World Lord, and God-Beak World Lord 280 290.

The race relied on Beast Race factions to pin down the secret-realm humans while its own World Lord army fought the extraterrestrial Human Race. Human counteroperations eliminated weaker Beast Race factions across Qinghua Continent and forced the Monster Race to divert troops to defend its support base 300.

The Monster Race then executed a genius-beheading operation against Lin Chenxing's clones. Eighteen members, including Black Jackal World Lord and God-Beak World Lord, trapped the clones in an F3-grade Miro Net; the operation failed after the clones breached the net and hunted the attackers 300 303. The deaths of Black Jackal and God-Beak left the Monster Race without a World Lord capable of commanding universal respect 313.

King Mujue ultimately accepted a stalemate with King Jiangliu. The Human Race gained Guhua, Qinghua, and Xinghua Continents, while the Monster Race kept Lanhua Continent and was required to provide 3,000 drops of Lanhua Holy Water for peace 317. It later withdrew from the Wuhua Secret Realm altogether 319.

Pursuit of Lin Chenxing

After a bounty leak exposed Lin Chenxing's movements, the Monster Race treated him as a priority assassination target and coordinated with the Bug Race to locate him 342 354. Its Immortals offered him a direct-disciple position under a Monster Race Universe Master in exchange for surrender; Lin Chenxing refused and fought them alongside Bug Race Marquis Oulian 355.

The Monster Race continued tracking him as his strength rose. By the time he became known as Origin One King, its Venerables had confirmed that he was the Blue Star Lineage genius they had long intended to kill 381.

War against the Human Race

The Monster Race, Bug Race, and Machine Race formed an explicit non-aggression alliance in the Universe Ocean, particularly for joint action against the Human Race 376. During the subsequent frontier invasion, Monster Race armies occupied nearly one-third of the Human Race's border regions; their forces included billions of World Lord-level warriors and above 387 388.

It later concentrated over 80% of its armies to lure out and annihilate all of Lin Chenxing's clones. The plan failed when Lin Chenxing distributed the first five hundred Mingwei Spirit Bamboo Heavy Treasures, strengthened Human forces, and personally killed ten Monster Race Universe Venerables in a surprise attack 389 390.

The Monster Race temporarily retreated to prepare another invasion, then joined the larger Alliance pressing the Human Race for guidance toward Universe Supreme Being limits 390 392. Following the Alliance's eventual collapse, the remaining races—including the Monster Race—retreated from their best territories rather than continue a war they could no longer sustain 462.
