A Wizard Seed from the Source Water Ancient Castle represented the pinnacle of strength, an absolute benchmark at the very top.

Even among Wizard Seeds capable of contending with him to some extent, there were very few.

Only this unfamiliar creature showed a sense of excitement.

Within those black eyes flickered a rare eagerness to try, as though he intended to weigh Cangming Wizard and achieve some purpose of his own.

He had apparently been looking forward to this for a long time.

Could it be that this creature believed himself capable of matching him?

Or even defeating him?

The corners of Cangming Wizard's lips curved upward. He smiled, though there was a hint of mockery in it.

There had never been any shortage of naïve creatures like this in the world.

They could not understand the weight carried by the words Sun Level, much less the price one had to pay to reach this point—defeating one competitor and challenger after another within one's own faction.

Nor could they understand what it took to accomplish all that.

The most important thing among them was strength.

Cangming Wizard had no desire to ask for the other party's name.

Unless he could truly make Cangming Wizard's eyes light up and earn a place in his memory.
