What Strange described was essentially a financial operation from the magical world.

The complete process consisted of three steps.

First, Kamar-Taj's sorcerers exchanged a fixed amount of goods with Vishanti for the power they had always used to cast spells.

Second, they exchanged the Power of Vishanti for Hong Power through Dragon Seal Magic and Hong Fei.

Third, they used the Hong Power obtained in the final exchange to cast Vishanti's white magic.

It was an extremely simple process.

Put more concisely, it merely inserted Dragon Seal Magic and Hong Power into their previous cultivation and spellcasting process.

At first, Hong Fei did not quite understand why Strange had done this, nor why he was chuckling so slyly. Wouldn't it be easier and faster to exchange directly for Hong Power through Dragon Seal Magic?
