For a time, densely packed Big Head Dolls were hoisted into the air, kicking their tiny legs desperately as they struggled, shaking their heads and swaying their bodies with the complete obliviousness of creatures that did not know life from death.

Clearly, these newly born Big Head Dolls did not possess complete soul attributes. In other words, they had never evolved full intelligence. They were merely muddleheaded monsters driven solely by instinct.

Yet it was precisely these monsters that had dealt Zheng Yi far too great a shock before, nearly dragging him under so that he could not pull himself free.

Unfortunately, the near-invincible display of those Big Head Dolls earlier now seemed to have been nothing more than an illusion.

The power unleashed by the immortal embryo caused a ripple of resonance in space. An invisible force seized several hundred Big Head Dolls at once.

Then, above Zheng Yi's head, a black hole split open in the chaotic void.

The captured Big Head Dolls were sucked straight inside.

In the blink of an eye, they vanished without a trace.

The entire scene left Zheng Yi staring in stunned disbelief.

The movement had been so smooth that he felt the immortal embryo could not possibly have been dealing with Big Head Dolls for the first time.

As several hundred Big Head Dolls merged into the black hole, a tide-like surge of power poured from the void into Zheng Yi's body.

The immortal embryo, which had visibly shrunk, rapidly recovered under the support of that immense power. Its body was restored, its aura rising again and again until it reached a truly terrifying level.

The explosive growth in power caused the black hole above Zheng Yi's head to widen further, drastically increasing the number of Big Head Dolls it could devour.
