"Help, help me!"

In the quiet Bottom of Nine Netherworld Yellow Spring, this sudden whisper made Bai Xiaoxiao's hair stand on end. Her powerful Soul Power spread through the surroundings, but the waters of the Nine Netherworld Yellow Spring seemed capable of blocking Soul Power, so Bai Xiaoxiao could only sense an area roughly ten feet around her.
