Leaving the Heavenly Tomb

Within the Heavenly Tomb, members of the Eight Ancient Clans came here after death to slumber, continuing to exist in another form. But the most pitiful of them all had to be the Soul Clan.

The Soul Clan and Xiao Clan had always been mortal enemies. Yet none of the Soul Clan experts within the Heavenly Tomb could contend with Xiao Xuan. Thus, for the past thousand years, every time Xiao Xuan emerged, he carried out a massive purge.

His main targets were the Soul Clan. Hun Diao was one of those who had lain low through all those purges over the years. The Soul Clan's concealment abilities truly were formidable.

Hun Diao's method of avoiding Xiao Xuan's notice in the Heavenly Tomb was to barely cultivate at all, never allowing even a trace of his aura to leak out!

But that was clearly no longer possible today. That powerful aura was drawing ever closer, and if he kept hiding, he feared he would be dealt with before he could even emerge!

With a soft sound, dense black mist suddenly rose from the stone tablet where Hun Diao had been hiding. It gradually took human form, revealing Hun Diao himself.

"Hehe, looks like you can't stay hidden any longer?" A light chuckle came from above Hun Diao's head. Startled, Hun Diao flashed aside and tried to flee!

"Soul Clan senior, where do you think you're going?" Gu Qingyang suddenly appeared in Hun Diao's path of escape, a faint smile curling across his lips.

To Hun Diao, that smile seemed like mockery, instantly provoking him. "You little brats, do you really think I'm afraid of you?"

Hun Diao let out an angry roar and stomped his foot. Space trembled violently as one Space Rift after another appeared.
