The instant his fingertips touched the tablet, another change erupted!
The Netherworld Script flowing across the tablet suddenly accelerated, then violently contracted inward. The entire tablet seemed to transform into a black water mirror.
Ripples spread across its surface. Within lay boundless darkness, radiating intense spatial fluctuation.
"The entrance... is actually inside the stone tablet!" Bi Yao exclaimed in surprise.
Su Han took a deep breath and looked back at Lu Xueqi and Bi Yao. In their eyes, he saw the same resolve and determination.
At this point, there was no turning back.
"Stay close."
After saying that, Su Han circulated his spiritual power to protect his body and took a step forward. His figure vanished directly into the rippling black mirror.
Lu Xueqi and Bi Yao did not hesitate. They flashed forward almost simultaneously, following close behind as they entered the tablet's mirrored surface.
After the three vanished, the ripples on the tablet gradually settled. It became hard and smooth once more, while the Netherworld Script upon it faded away, returning it to its original blank state.
Only the Netherworld Token in the groove flickered ever so slightly.
The circular platform sank into dead silence once again, as though no one had set foot there for countless ages.
A brief, dizzying sensation of the world spinning overcame them.
