History

Early expansion

Titan Group initially established Titan Biotechnology in Danning with 480 million RMB in registered capital and full ownership, then acquired a local contract battery factory. Sman Group and Victor Investment later each obtained a 10% stake, leaving Titan Group with 80%. 45 49

Following an attempted covert attack, Tang Shizhe adopted a diversification strategy intended to give Titan Group influence across every industry. Sman Group was used for North and South American expansion, Victor Investment for Europe, and a third shell company for Asia and Oceania; these entities also served as nominal competitors to reduce antitrust exposure. 47 53

Titan Group chose Haiyin City as its first headquarters location after receiving a 6 billion RMB, century-term loan from Titan Environmental. Expansion into the Republic of Mali

Titan Group announced a major investment program in the Republic of Mali, including a Purification Tree factory, biological research center, security-training center, medicinal-herb cultivation base, and mineral-resource cooperation. 97

After securing permission to maintain a private armed force, Titan Group created Titan Security in Switzerland and publicly rebranded it as Black Mask International. Black Mask International enabled Titan Group to seize and administer territory in Mali.
