Background

Luo Feng joins Guan Ning and Heng Xia at the airport en route to the Elite Training Camp. He is reserved but polite during their first meeting, and he passes the A-Grade Trial before formally entering the camp on April 1, 2057. He selects the student codename 570403 and begins at 183rd on the Black Dragon Ranking. 20 21 22

His rapid rise attracts international attention. In his first month at the camp, he reaches 68th place; by May he enters the top fifty, then rises into the top twenty in June and the top ten after using Dragon Blood in July. 31 39

Guan Ning learns that Luo Feng is both the killer of Li Wei and a Psychic Master. The two negotiate: Guan Ning exposes Luo Feng’s identity to Li Yao and Venina in return for sharing the bounty and teaching Luo Feng a defensive amplification method.
