Flame Emperor Descends and Wind God Descends were both newly developed Falling Moon Style Secret Techniques created by Uchiha Yue, and both fell within the scope of Nintaijutsu.

However, when he had created the two Nintaijutsu techniques Flame Emperor Descends and Wind God Descends, Uchiha Yue had not conducted many tests on them. Instead, every use of Flame Emperor Descends and Wind God Descends had been a battlefield experiment to uncover their flaws. Originally, after using the Flame Emperor Descends state, Uchiha Yue had realized that its only shortcomings were the rather severe consumption of chakra, spiritual energy, and stamina.

Yet what Uchiha Yue had never expected was that when he used Wind God Descends against the Kirigakure ninja before him, intending to show them what true invincibility meant, another flaw of Wind God Descends would reveal itself. By then, Uchiha Yue could already feel pain spreading through his body, and Purple Eye even allowed him to see that the muscles within his body were tearing.

If Uchiha Yue continued using the Wind God Descends state against the Kirigakure ninja before him, his body might be ruined before he could even take them down. Thus, once he realized Wind God Descends had another major flaw, Uchiha Yue promptly released the Wind God Descends state.

Then, as he used Falling Moon Style: Shatter Step to weave through the crowd of Kirigakure ninja, Uchiha Yue frowned and silently thought, That shouldn't be possible! I didn't suffer such side effects when using Flame Emperor Descends, so why are the side effects of Wind God Descends this severe? Could it be because Wind Style Chakra and Fire Style Chakra possess different natures, causing Wind God Descends to have flaws far greater than Flame Emperor Descends?
