Upon hearing Sasori of the Red Sands' words, Uchiha Yue's eyelid twitched violently. He finally understood why the twelve Kirigakure Anbu before him had begun emitting increasingly powerful Chakra fluctuations in such a short time. The reason was that Sasori of the Red Sands was using his own Chakra to stimulate the potential within those twelve Kirigakure Anbu, forcing them to unleash it in an extremely short span of time and gain overwhelming strength!
Of course, unleashing their potential for a short time under the control of Sasori of the Red Sands' Chakra Threads came with consequences. If they only drew out a small amount of their potential, those Kirigakure Anbu might merely be weak for a while before recovering through rest. But if they unleashed too much of it, they could be crippled at best—or simply die the moment their burst of potential ended at worst.
And from the Chakra fluctuations Uchiha Yue sensed from the twelve Kirigakure Anbu, he knew Sasori of the Red Sands had not left them any chance of survival. After all, those Kirigakure Anbu were not Sasori of the Red Sands' subordinates. They appeared to be nothing more than expendable pieces on his board. Thus, Sasori of the Red Sands had no intention of sparing their lives. He had directly activated all the potential within their bodies, using their lives for the sole purpose of defeating Uchiha Yue.
Yet what truly worried Uchiha Yue now was not Sasori of the Red Sands' method of potential activation, but the strength of those twelve Kirigakure Anbu after their potential had been fully unleashed. Uchiha Yue remembered that in the original story, even after Uchiha Madara had been resurrected and become the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki, Might Guy had still brutalized him after opening all Eight Inner
