The Eerie Games Within the Temple

The Dark Temple resembled an ancient castle.

After leaving the red carpet, everything began to return to normal.

The castle contained numerous passageways, each marked with signs leading to various amusement areas.

There were also restaurants, accommodations, and lounges.

It gave Li Ran the feeling of having entered a hotel themed around a castle of fun.

"Your friend seems to be having a great time," Fiona said with a meaningful smile.

Li Ran walked toward the room ahead. The moment he entered, he saw an endless sea of clouds.

He froze slightly, staring at the space before him in disbelief.

Beyond the door was the sky above the clouds, where countless framed oil paintings floated amid the clouds.

There was only a small patch of space to stand on behind the door; the room itself was an infinite expanse of clouds.

"This room's theme is 'Breaking Through the Wall into the Clouds.' It's a chasing game," Fiona explained.

"A chasing game?" Li Ran asked doubtfully.

He looked into the depths of the clouds ahead and saw Kagura Maki sitting atop a black cat. The cat had an extremely long, slender torso, like an unnaturally stretched horse, making it look utterly bizarre.

Kagura Maki commanded the long, flying cat to soar above the clouds, searching for something among the countless floating framed oil paintings.

"There! The mouse is there!"

Suddenly, Kagura Maki pointed at an oil painting of a distorted, dark pendulum wall clock and shouted.

The black cat immediately carried her toward the painting. As they neared it, Kagura Maki suddenly leaped into the painting, her entire body jumping into the image of the pendulum clock.
