"Is this the Jade Pool Immortal Gathering?"

The group arrived at a place that resembled an immortal realm.

Jade Pool, pavilions, waterside terraces, towers, and grand halls formed a scene like the celestial palaces of the Heavenly Mountains.

The sight before them could not possibly be associated with words like underground palace or ancient tomb.

Upon entering Jade Pool, Li Ran and the others saw countless statues standing throughout the immortal paradise.

The first thing that caught their eyes was a group of fairy maidens singing and dancing, while gods and Buddhas from across the heavens sat on both sides, chatting and feasting.

On the tables before the gods and Buddhas were fine wines and divine nectars, with enormous crimson peaches especially eye-catching.

After entering this place, Li Ran, Green Dormant Dragon, Zhai Fei, and Li Ran's contracted pets were all struck by wave after wave of shock and awe.

"Do you think the gods and Buddhas from across the heavens truly came from all over to celebrate Queen Mother of the West's birthday ten thousand years ago, or did she deliberately turn the main tomb chamber into a Peach Banquet?" Green Dormant Dragon asked curiously.

"Who could possibly know what happened ten thousand years ago? The old legends are all hearsay. Without seeing it firsthand, no one knows whether they're true or false," Zhai Fei said.

The group bypassed the area where the fairy maidens danced and headed toward the banquet hall.

Li Ran had a strange feeling. He kept feeling as though the statues on both sides, which were chatting and feasting, were watching them.

But whenever he looked toward them, he found nothing unusual.

The statues of the gods and Buddhas were vivid and lifelike.

The gods and Buddhas
