Mysterious Power is the principal strength used to fight Mental Infectors. A higher value directly corresponds to greater combat ability, and even a small numerical gap can become impossible to overcome without superior equipment, skills, or strategy 3.

• Skill damage, range, control effects, and destructive force scale primarily with Mysterious Power 151.
• Strength, Agility, and Constitution supplement Mysterious Power rather than replacing it. For most individuals, these attributes are normally around one-tenth of their Mysterious Power 674.
• At equal Mysterious Power, superior physical attributes can determine the winner of a battle 674.
• Mysterious Power can reinforce both physique and spirit, producing a tangible strengthening effect throughout the body 3.

Aura and Detection

Mysterious Power manifests as an aura that can be sensed, released, concealed, or used to distinguish targets.

• Players can release their Mysterious Power as colored auras and channel it into external constructs, such as Green Dormant Dragon's energy hub supporting the Mystic Tortoise Shield 366.
• A target whose Mysterious Power exceeds an observer's by roughly 500 may appear as ??? on a detection interface 63.
• Shadow Dust Clones can ordinarily be identified by differences in their Mysterious Power auras, although the Heart of Chaos can apparently transfer that aura between clones to deceive observers 382.
• At over 1,000,000 Mysterious Power, Li Ran gains vastly heightened perception and can sense even slight fluctuations in nearby beings' power 426.
• Toxic mist can interfere with Divine Sense and obscure a target's presence despite its Mysterious Power 66.

Raising Mysterious Power

Mysterious Power can be increased permanently or temporarily through quests, consumables, equipment, skills, contracts, and attribute conversion.

• Quest rewards — Completing quests can grant direct Mysterious Power increases, including +300 for destroying the Fire Seed and +500 for exterminating the Trollman Village 158.
• Life Drops — A Life Drop grants +50 Mysterious Power, Strength, Agility, and Physique 23.
• Equipment — Gear can provide fixed increases; Victor's Shoulder Guard grants +100 Mysterious Power alongside boosts to other attributes 75.
• Attribute Swap — The special card can temporarily exchange a chosen attribute for Mysterious Power for ten minutes. Li Ran converts 720 Agility into Mysterious Power, reaching 2,200 66.
• Contracts and pets — Contracted pets can share their power or abilities. Little Yusu's Soul Attachment provides Li Ran with a percentage-based Mysterious Power bonus 158.
• Cultivation passives — The Langhuan Body-Tempering Divine Art and Sacred Spring Iceheart Art grant recurring natural growth, with the increase rising alongside the user's base power 492.
• Buff stacking — Multiple effects can be layered. Li Ran raises his power from a base of 272,020 to 1,688,112 through pet bonuses, Attribute Swap, equipment skills, and other buffs 500.
• Divine soul forms — Divine soul fusion can multiply all attributes. Behemoth's True Form doubles Li Ran's 3,500,000 Mysterious Power to 7,000,000 617.

Limits and Suppression

• A secret realm rule can seal a user's Mysterious Power after they use Mysterious Power skills seven times consecutively 441.
• Ghost Emperor Zhang Heng's Ancient Divine Soul can suppress an opponent's passive skills, including passives that provide healing, resurrection, or life-saving effects 467 473.
• Reducing Mysterious Power to zero prevents the soul from sensing Weird World energy, though the physical body can still perceive Weirds and Mysterious Power phenomena 475.
• Non-god-tier equipment and skills have a maximum actual damage output of 9,990,000, even if buffs appear to push their displayed power beyond that value 693.
• Above 5,000,000 Mysterious Power, further numerical increases provide diminishing practical returns unless accompanied by god-tier equipment, divine abilities, or a breakthrough in realm 675.
