Background / History

Luo Feng grew up beside Shi Fen in the South Bank Residential District. The two had known each other since infancy and treated one another as brothers. Shi Fen tutored Luo Feng academically, while Luo Feng helped Shi Fen learn practical martial arts through frequent sparring; this mutual teaching continued throughout their childhood. 7

His family’s financial hardship and Luo Hua’s paralysis shaped many of his early decisions. Shi Fen supported Luo Hua’s recovery from despair by teaching him economics and lending him capital for stock trading, while Luo Feng remained deeply protective of his younger brother. 3

After learning that a medicine capable of restoring Luo Hua’s limbs cost 30 billion, Luo Feng resolved to become a martial artist. His determination immediately showed in his 1,165 kg punch-strength test and his acceptance of Jiang Nian’s offer to join the Extreme Martial Arts Hall. 15
